WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

We have no minimum order. You can buy all you want and if we run out of a product we will take your order and supply you in the best possible time.

WHAT IS THE WARRANTY POLICY?

Note camera system bought from other suppliers other than computer integrated alarms will not be covered under our warranty program. Computer integrated alarms only cover our dealer brands under our warranty program. 30 days warranty will be given on accessories provides by computer integrated alarms. Computer integrated alarms Do not service or repair any system except there is a formal agreement in writing stating the nature of the agreement. Warranty program covers CCTV systems, Fire alarm, intrusion alarm, a panic alarm, Gate openers, car alarms vehicle tracking and all other electronic security system gave that it is a computer-integrated alarm that carried out the installation. All TVT branded cameras, Hickvision and their installation carries a 1-year warranty all other system carries a 6-month warranty except there is a servicing contract. For car alarm and vehicle trackers there is 30 days warranties upon installation if there is not a formal servicing contract. There shall not be any refund of money for defective equipment or installation. Defective equipment and bad installation will be fixed, replaced or repaired within the given warranty period in a timely manner.
